Q: What type of items do you remove?

- A: We take pretty much all household items other than chemicals and hazardous materials. Common items we accept include bed sets, couches, refrigerators, old toys, outdoor structures like shed and fencing, and all types of furniture. Heavy items such as rock, dirt will require additional disposal fees and we may require advanced notice so that we can schedule additional labor.

 

Q: Do you charge to pick up my items?

- A: Yes. All landfills charge a fee to dispose of your items. We take the time to sort out your items to separate items that are donatable and that we can recycle. By doing this, we are disposing of all your items the correct and environmentally friendly way. We pay this fee for you, so the fees we charge cover not only disposal cost, but transportation, labor, and taxes.

Q: How much do you charge?

- A: We charge based on how much space your items fill up our truck, not weight; except for dirt and concrete, that is handled differently. We can usually quote a single item over the phone, but if you have many items we can either schedule a free on site estimate, or you can send us pictures.

Q: Can you donate my items?

- A: Yes, if they are able to be donated. However, many donation centers are veery selective about what they accept. We do our best to find a good home for any and all donatable items.
